  1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
    We pride ourselves on providing superior service and offer a complimentary re-cleaning if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within 24 hours after the cleaning visit.
  2. Business Hours:
    We’re available from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. PST. If you contact us after hours, we’ll respond the next business day. Current clients with last minute requests after hours will receive our best efforts. If we can’t fulfill it immediately, we’ll prioritize it on the next cleaning visit.
  3. Entry into Residences:
    Customers can choose from three entry options: be present during cleaning, provide a lockbox, or share a garage/front door code. If the customer chooses to remotely unlock and lock the entry door, the company is not responsible for locking the house.
    Arrival Times: Due to the nature of our services and schedule changes, we have a one-hour window to arrive at the scheduled time. If you require an estimated time window, please contact us the day before your scheduled visit. We guarantee the service day and will not change it without your prior approval.
  4. Valuables:
    We handle your valuables with care. In case of damage, we will let you know and make every effort to repair or replace. We understand some items are of personal significance; please inform us and secure these items appropriately on cleaning days (wedding rings/jewelry in general, artwork collectibles, weapons of any kind, etc.).
  5. Service Limitations:
    We don’t do the following – ironing, tall ceiling chandeliers, animal waste, hazard waste or carpet cleaning.
    Extra cost: oven, refrigerator, freezer, walls, dishes (loading and unloading dishwasher or by hand), laundry, organizing before cleaning, decluttering and organizing spaces, upholstery cleaning, etc. Please don’t hesitate to ask in case you have a specific need, we might be able to accommodate.
  6. Rescheduling or Canceling Cleaning Visits:
    Consistent cleanings ensure discounted rates. We accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.
    Advance notice of more than 48 hours: no cancellation fee will apply if the service is canceled with more than 48 hours notice.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours require full payment, and emergency cases will be handled individually.
  7. Payments:
    To better serve you, we offer two payment options:

    • Monthly Payment: Full payment is required at the beginning of each month to secure your preferred day and time, ensuring consistent service.
    • Per Visit Payment: A credit or debit card will be securely stored on file, and payment will be processed one day prior to each scheduled visit. If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your service.
  8. Permanent Service Cancellation:
    Both the company and the customer agree to a 30-day notice before permanent service termination for courtesy purposes.
  9. Price Increases:
    We reserve the right to adjust customer rates and will notify you before any price changes.
  10. Employee Requests:
    Customers agree not to request our employees for home-related services or exchange contact information. Violation incurs a $2,500 fee and immediate contract termination.
  11. Digital Media:
    We may take photos before and after specific environments or places for reference and training purposes (stove, refrigerator, kitchen counter, shower, toilet). We respect your privacy and will not disclose any images without your consent.
