Please make sure to pick up items like clothes, toys, and clutter from floors and surfaces. Washing dishes is considered an extra service and will only be done if requested. For your peace of mind, we also recommend storing valuables such as jewelry, watches, or cash in a safe place.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We understand emergencies can happen and will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes when necessary. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
We provide cash-free payments. Both debit and credit cards are accepted for a quick and convenient process.
